Best answer
C. Emergency transfer to hospital by ambulance.
Bottom line

Question
Is aspirin used for stroke prevention in AF?
Answer
No. Aspirin alone gives little protection against stroke in AF and still causes bleeding. When stroke prevention is needed, use an anticoagulant.
